  • Do you offer a wholesale discount?
    YES! If you're looking to buy bulk, please check our Wholesale page here!

  • Do you observe Holidays?: 
    Yes! All Canadian statutory holidays include: New Years Day, Alberta Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day & Christmas. We will be closed on these days and shipping does not take place until the following day.

  • Do you have a rush option?
    Yes!  Please add this item to your order if you'd like to rush your order. Order processing is next day for non-peak times. Rush orders are cut and shipped within 2 business days, during our peak times. If this listing is NOT added to your order, we will not consider your order for rush priority!


    PLEASE NOTE: Express shipping does NOT expedite order processing. It simply expedites your shipping duration to 1-3 business days, depending on your location in Canada/US.

  • How do you ship your orders? Typically, we ship via Courier (FedEx, UPS, Canpar, etc.). However, our couriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In the event that your order is placed with a PO Box address, your order is automatically shipped with Canada Post. Once your order has been dispatched out and dropped off at Canada Post, it cannot be retrieved. Due to COVID-19, we are not responsible for any delays once an order has been picked up by any of our couriers and/or Canada Post. 

  • When are orders are picked up from the couriers?
    We have pick up's scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Canada Post is taken on Tuesday and Thursday. During the Holiday season, we will have pick's up scheduled Monday to Friday for our couriers. 

  • Do you ship letter mail in Canada/USA?
    Especially during our current economical climate, AcrylicBlanks.ca has no control over the duration of when your order will be received via mail due to warehouse shutdowns in Canada Post and/or USPS mail facilities. AcrylicBlanks.ca waives any liability to damages/lost package(s) when sent through mail as this will be uninsured at clients request. No orders will be reshipped, in the event that an order is lost and/or damaged in transit.

  • I expected my product to come clear, why is it blue or brown?
    As listed on each individual item, you’ll receive our products with a protective film on either one or both sides to prevent scratching and damage. If you notice any damage upon removal of film, please email us at admin@acrylicblanks.ca with your order number as well as images.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    You'll find our most up to date shipping information on our main page. Please allow up to 48hr's before seeing any movement on your tracking, especially during the holidays. During the holiday season, you can expect upwards of 10 business days for processing. REMINDER: Order processing does NOT include shipping duration. Please click here to read our shipping policies!

  • Can I combine orders to avoid additional shipping charges?
    Unfortunately, no. In order to work in a quick and timely manner, we do not combine orders. Combining orders delays our order processing and delays how quickly you receive your order.

  • I’m interested in getting a Custom Cut Blank, Can you help me?
    Absolutely! Send us an email at admin@acrylicblanks.ca  and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request! Please know dependent on quantity, your order will be subject to a setup fee to cover our time setting up machines. Minimum Setup fee is $15 for basic shapes.
